A-Smart Holdings Ltd. held an Extraordinary General Meeting where all resolutions were voted on by poll, as per Singapore Exchange’s requirements. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Lim Huan Chiang and conducted at their Singapore office. Reliance 3P Advisory was appointed as the scrutineer to oversee the voting process.
