A-Smart Holdings Ltd. has announced a change in their corporate structure, with Mr. Lee Wei Hsiung stepping in as the new Company Secretary from 1 October 2024, succeeding Ms. Sharon Lim Siew Choo, who has resigned from the position. The company expressed gratitude towards Ms. Lim for her contributions during her service.
