Two independent non-executive directors, Mr. Huang Bo and Mr. Song Dawei, have resigned due to other business commitments, leading to non-compliance with the listing rules regarding the minimum number of independent directors. The company is actively seeking replacements to fill these vacancies within three months to restore compliance. Mr. Lam Kai Yeung has been appointed as the chairman of both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
