9R Limited has announced the appointment of two new directors, Mr Tan Tian Wooi as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Mr Lim Jun Hao as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective from June 15, 2024. Tan will serve as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of both the Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee. These appointments are part of a broader reorganization of the company’s board and committee structures.
