The deal, valued at €10 million plus 888’s Romania business, is expected to enhance earnings and leverage the Group’s dual-brand strategy for market growth. This strategic move marks Romania as 888 Holding’s fifth core market, aiming for a leading position in a market projected to grow at a 13% annual rate.
