88 Energy Awards Shares to Director, Expands Equity

88 Energy Limited (AU:88E) has released an update.

88 Energy Limited has announced the issuance of 41,140,000 new ordinary shares to its Managing Director, Ashley Gilbert, as a result of performance rights exercise. These shares represent 0.14% of the company’s issued share capital, with total shares on issue now standing at 28,933,811,952. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange at the beginning of August.
