79 Resources Ltd., a Canadian mining company, has announced a consolidation of its shares, with shareholders receiving one new share for every five they currently hold, aiming to enhance corporate flexibility and attract investors. Post-consolidation, the company will have approximately 20.4 million shares, down from 102.2 million. The consolidation will maintain existing shareholders’ proportional ownership, except for the elimination of fractional shares, which will not be issued or compensated with cash.
