79 Resources Ltd., a Vancouver-based junior mining exploration company, has announced plans for a non-brokered financing round aiming to raise funds by offering up to 1 million common share units at $0.07 each. Each unit includes a share and a warrant, which allows purchasing an additional share at $0.10 within two years. The proceeds from this financing are earmarked for working capital purposes and are subject to regulatory approvals and standard hold periods.
