79 Resources Ltd., a Vancouver-based junior mining exploration company, has announced plans to change its corporate name to ‘Quebec Lithium Inc.’ in alignment with new business opportunities, including a recent addition of a lithium project in Quebec. The proposed name change is pending approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange and has received backing from its majority shareholder. The company, currently trading under the symbol SNR, holds interests in mineral exploration projects in British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
