79 Resources Ltd. has announced an expansion of its non-brokered common share unit financing, now offering up to 2,000,000 units priced at $0.07 each. Each unit includes one common share and a warrant, with the latter enabling acquisition of an additional share at $0.10 within two years. The raised funds are slated for working capital, subject to regulatory approvals and standard holding periods.
