4Front Ventures Corp., a multi-state cannabis operator, has declared the issuance of 1,000,000 class A subordinate voting shares to fulfill obligations under a severance and consulting agreement with their former CEO. Additionally, the company is compensating consultants, directors, and officers with 14,718,644 restricted share units, as well as settling debt with a service provider by issuing 5,483,600 purchase warrants, each with a four-year term and associated commercial milestones.
