4DS Memory ( (AU:4DS) ) has provided an announcement.
4DS Memory is accelerating the commercialisation of its 60nm ReRAM platform by targeting mature-node semiconductor markets in South East Asia, with a particular focus on India. The company sees its technology as well suited to industrial, automotive, defence, aerospace and embedded applications that demand robust and stable memory solutions.
With India committing over AUD$25 billion to build a sovereign semiconductor industry centred on mature-node processes, 4DS is pursuing licensing, technology transfer, embedded memory deployments and R&D partnerships to integrate its platform into the country’s emerging ecosystem. As part of this strategy, it is exploring acquisitions to support product integration and OEM pathways, and its executive chairman will travel to India in May 2026 to engage with fabrication, government and industry stakeholders.
