4DS Memory Ltd. has achieved groundbreaking write speeds of 4.7 nanoseconds with its Interface Switching ReRAM technology, surpassing DRAM speeds and highlighting the potential for advanced AI applications. The company also appointed Peter Himes as Chief Strategic Officer to guide commercialization strategies, and has commenced the manufacturing of new optimized memory cells at imec, with deliveries expected in the latter half of 2024.
