3SBio Inc. has successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 25, 2024, where all proposed resolutions were passed by poll, including the re-election of executives, director remuneration, and the appointment of auditors. A final dividend of HK$25 cents per share was declared for the year ended December 31, 2023. The AGM also witnessed the retirement of an independent non-executive director and changes in the non-executive director board.
