3SBio has announced the issuance of 40,357,688 share awards to 270 participants under its Share Award Scheme, with 6,250,000 shares allocated to three connected persons at no cost. These awards, which represent approximately 1.67% of the total issued shares, are determined based on the recipients’ performance and contribution to the company in the prior financial year. The shares come with a 12-month lock-up period from the vesting date.
