3M Company has announced the appointment of Anurag Maheshwari as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer starting September 1, 2024. Maheshwari, with a rich background in finance and executive leadership, including roles at Otis Worldwide Corporation and Harris Corporation, is set to receive a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, incentive opportunities, a hiring bonus, and long-term incentives, subject to certain conditions. His appointment follows the interim CFO term of Theresa Reinseth, who steps in after Monish Patolawala’s tenure.
