3i Infrastructure ( (GB:3IN) ) has provided an announcement.
3i Infrastructure reported a total return of 8.5% for the year to 31 March 2026, in line with its 8–10% medium-term target, and lifted net asset value per share from 386.2p to 405.2p. The infrastructure investor also maintained its progressive income record, delivering a fully covered FY26 dividend of 13.45p and setting a higher FY27 dividend target of 14.30p, a 6.3% increase.
Performance was underpinned by the agreed sale of its largest asset, ground support equipment business TCR, for expected net proceeds of €1.14bn, around a 50% premium to its March 2025 carrying value, crystallising significant value for shareholders. Despite a write-down at portfolio company DNS:NET and its shares trading at a discount to NAV amid geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainty, the board highlighted resilient portfolio performance and third-party validation of valuations, supported by £394m of new and follow-on investments including a Norwegian data centre campus and additional stakes in Joulz and ESVAGT.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:3IN) stock is a Buy with a £430.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on 3i Infrastructure stock, see the GB:3IN Stock Forecast page.
