3i Group PLC has announced that several of its Directors and key managerial personnel have acquired shares under the company’s Share Incentive Plan. The transaction included the purchase of Partnership Shares at a price of 3173.0 pence each, alongside the award of Matching Shares at no cost. This share acquisition by top executives, which occurred outside of a Trading Venue, reflects a notable involvement of the leadership in the company’s equity.
