3D Resources Unveils Major Unlisted Options

3D Resources Limited (AU:ADG) has released an update.

3D Resources Limited has announced the existence of two sets of unlisted options, with the first expiring in 2029 holding 465 million units owned by 88 holders, and the second expiring in 2026 with 547 million units held by 111 holders. Both option sets are fully owned by holders of 100,001 units or more, indicating significant investments from a small number of investors. Due to lack of pricing, the minimum parcel size for marketability could not be established.
