361 Degrees International has announced its updated Board of Directors, including executive and independent non-executive members, and detailed the composition of its three Board committees – Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination. The Board is chaired by Mr. Ding Huihuang with Mr. Ding Wuhao serving as President. Committee chairs include Mr. Wu Ming Wai Louie, Mr. Chen Chuang, and Mr. Hon Ping Cho Terence for the respective committees.
