360 Ludashi Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Sun Chunfeng as a non-executive Director, effective from 12 June 2024, to focus on personal endeavors. Concurrently, Mr. Li Xin, with 13 years of industry experience and multiple leadership roles, has been appointed as a non-executive Director from the same date.
