360 Capital REIT (AU:TOT) has released an update.
360 Capital REIT has issued a notification indicating that Director David van Aanholt has increased his indirect interest in the company by acquiring 2,864 ordinary units at $0.4207 each, through the March 2024 Quarter Distribution Reinvestment Plan. Following this acquisition, his superannuation fund now holds a total of 147,453 units. The transaction did not involve any disposal of securities, and there was no change in the director’s interests in contracts related to the company.
