David van Aanholt, a director at 360 Capital REIT, has increased his indirect stake in the company by acquiring 3,066 ordinary units at $0.3607 each, as part of the June 2024 Quarter Distribution Reinvestment Plan. Following the acquisition, van Aanholt’s total holding in the REIT now amounts to 150,519 units. This change in director’s interest has been duly reported to the ASX as per the listing rules.
