Assuming the French approval is received by 14 April 2026, the court sanction hearing is scheduled for 16 April and the scheme is expected to become effective on 29 April, triggering suspension and then cancellation of 1Spatial’s AIM listing by 30 April. The timetable underscores that, once completed, the transaction will take 1Spatial private under VertiGIS’s ownership, with an ultimate long stop date of 15 September 2026 if there are delays in satisfying remaining conditions.
