1847 Holdings Reinstates Eric Vandam as COO

Vandam, with a strong background in implementing the Toyota Production System and a history of executive roles at major firms, will receive an annual salary of $300,000 plus potential bonuses and benefits. His employment is on an at-will basis, with a six-month severance package if terminated without cause, and includes non-compete and non-solicitation clauses.
