1414 Degrees Ltd. (AU:14D) has released an update.
1414 Degrees Ltd has secured a funding deal with US-based Lind Global Fund II for up to A$4.7 million, aimed at advancing the company’s SIBox technology, supporting the Aurora Precinct grid scale battery development, and covering general working capital needs. The funding will be provided via an initial A$1.3 million payment and subsequent monthly instalments over a 12-month period. This investment marks a continued partnership with Lind, having contributed previously during the company’s formative phase and IPO.
