1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. has announced the retirement of William E. Shea as its Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 29, 2024. Succeeding him on the same date will be James Langrock, who brings extensive financial leadership experience from his previous roles at Charcuterie Artisans, The Hain Celestial Group, and Monster Worldwide, Inc. Langrock, who is currently the Company’s Chief Administrative Officer, has an impressive academic background with an MBA from Hofstra University and a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University. His appointment as CFO is independent of any external arrangements or undisclosed material interests.
