THE LAWSUIT: A class action securities lawsuit was filed against Shoals Technologies Group, Inc. (SHLS) that seeks to recover losses of Shoals Technologies shareholders who were adversely affected by alleged securities fraud between May 17, 2022 and November 7, 2023
