Dana Incorporated shares climbed after the company announced a richer capital return plan for investors. The board not only maintained its regular payout but underlined confidence in future cash flows by extending buybacks for several more years.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, payable on March 20 to shareholders of record on Feb. 27. It also expanded its share repurchase authorization to a total of $2 billion through 2030, including $750 million already returned under the program.
