Calamp Stockholders Approve Reverse Split and Adjournment Proposals

Calamp (CAMP) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.

On January 25, 2024, a special meeting of the Company’s stockholders was convened with a 73.06% quorum. The stockholders approved two key proposals: the Reverse Stock Split Proposal, allowing a reverse stock split at a ratio between one-for-ten and one-for-fifty, and the Adjournment Proposal, which allows for postponement or adjournment of the meeting to solicit further votes if needed. Both proposals received significant support, with over 25 million votes in favor of each.
