Blackstone (BX) stock was up on Thursday following the release of the global investment firm’s Q2 2025 earnings report. This started with its earnings per share of $1.21, which was better than Wall Street’s estimate of $1.10 per share. It was also a 31.5% increase year-over-year from 96 cents.

Revenue reported by Blackstone in Q2 2025 came in at $3.71 billion, beating analysts’ estimate of $2.79 billion. It also represented a 32.5% rise from the $2.8 billion reported in Q2 2024. Investors will note the company’s total assets under management increased 13% year-over-year to $1.21 trillion, alongside $52.1 billion of inflows in the quarter.

BX stock was up 1.92% in pre-market trading today, following a 1.52% increase yesterday. The stock has also gained 1.3% year-to-date and 22.81% over the past 12 months.

Blackstone Quarterly Dividend

Blackstone announced a quarterly dividend for shareholders in its latest earnings report. The company said this dividend will be payable to investors on record at the end of business on Aug. 4, 2025. These shareholders will receive $1.03 per share on Aug. 11, 2025.

Blackstone Chairman and CEO Stephen Schwarzman highlighted the company’s strong performance in the earnings report. He said, “Despite the volatile market backdrop, we grew earnings significantly and total assets under management increased 13% year-over-year to more than $1.2 trillion—a new industry record.”

Turning to Wall Street, the analysts’ consensus rating for Blackstone is Moderate Buy, based on three Buy and seven Hold ratings over the past three months. With that comes an average BX stock price target of $160.70, representing a potential 6.55% downside for the shares.
