On January 24, 2024, the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $36.72 per share for its 5.875% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. This is also equivalent to $0.3672 per depository share. The dividend is scheduled to be paid on March 1, 2024, to shareholders on record as of February 15, 2024.
