Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. announced executive leadership changes with Thomas S. Lam, M.D., M.P.H. appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board, Brandon Sim as the new Chief Executive Officer and President, and Chandan Basho as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. No changes to their compensation arrangements were made, and there are no family relationships or material transactions involving the newly appointed executives that would necessitate disclosure, except for Brandon Sim being the son of the Company’s Executive Chairman, Kenneth Sim, M.D.
