Uber Technologies Stock Forecast: Trending Bullish With New AI Push

Wall Street’s analysts are strongly bullish, with a 12‑month consensus price target of $106.08, implying notable upside from the last close at $74.47 and reinforcing a StrongBuy rating on the shares.

Analyst Justin Post of BofA Securities reiterated his Buy rating on 4/29/2026, setting a price objective of $103, also well above the current price. Post highlights Uber’s push beyond ride‑hailing into travel and AI‑driven services as key drivers that could support higher revenue growth and stronger margins over time.

A major focus is Uber’s new hotel booking feature, launched in partnership with Expedia and initially rolling out in the U.S. The integration lets users search, compare, and book from Expedia’s large hotel inventory directly inside the Uber app, with plans to expand to over 700,000 hotels worldwide and later add Vrbo vacation rentals.

The partnership is designed to reward loyalty and deepen engagement, with Uber One subscribers earning 10% back in credits on travel bookings and at least 20% savings at around 10,000 select hotels. Uber rides will also be available within Expedia’s app, potentially boosting usage on both platforms as they edge toward all‑in‑one travel and mobility hubs.

Post believes these travel initiatives, along with new AI features like unified search, an AI voice assistant powered by GPT‑4o, and a “Shop for Me” service, can increase the value of Uber One and capture more spending from frequent travelers. This N‑star analyst ranks 100 out of 12,160 on TipRanks, with a 66.13% success rate and a 22.5% average return per rating, adding weight to the bullish outlook on Uber stock.
