Trade NVDA with leverage

Top-ranked analyst Harlan Sur of J.P. Morgan reiterated his Buy rating on NVDA on February 23, 2026, with a $250 price target, implying meaningful upside from current levels. Sur sees Nvidia poised for yet another “beat‑and‑raise” quarter, supported by strong demand for its Blackwell Ultra platforms and continued strength in datacenter spending.

Sur notes that Nvidia shares have traded mostly sideways since the previous earnings report, despite positive news like sharply higher hyperscaler capex plans for 2026 and a major partnership with Meta for large-scale Blackwell and Rubin deployments. He believes demand for AI compute still far exceeds supply, with higher cloud GPU pricing signaling a widening supply‑demand gap that can support further revenue gains.

According to Sur’s supply chain checks, shipments of Blackwell and Blackwell Ultra racks are ramping steadily, with around 12,000 units expected in the January quarter and 27,000 for fiscal 2026. He expects rising unit volumes and higher average selling prices, along with ongoing Hopper demand, to drive revenue above Street expectations in the January and April quarters and support strong guidance into 2027.

Sur also highlights potential upside from H200 exports to China, a large AI order backlog extending well into 2027, and healthy margins near the mid‑70% level, even as new Rubin products and cost inflation pose questions later on. This 5‑star analyst ranks 34 out of 12,078 on TipRanks, with a 68.90% success rate and a 32.10% average return per rating. Never miss a stock rating.
