The ETF’s largest holding, Nvidia, is in focus as analysts highlight continued surging AI capex and project its data center revenue could grow more than 50% next year, reinforcing its central role in the AI buildout even as Wall Street debates how to value the stock. Other heavyweight chip names in the portfolio, including Broadcom and ASML, are also benefiting from the AI investment wave: Broadcom is seeing strong AI semiconductor sales despite concerns over slower software growth, while ASML is viewed by analysts as a key “AI enabler” poised to gain from expanding DRAM and leading-edge chip capacity. Among the mega-cap tech platforms, Alphabet, Microsoft, and Amazon are all in the news for aggressive AI and cloud spending—Google with advances in quantum and AI efficiency, Microsoft and OpenAI wrestling with the risks of massive AI infrastructure outlays, and Amazon ramping AI-related capex and custom chips—while bank giant JPMorgan draws attention for CEO Jamie Dimon’s warning that geopolitical risks could keep inflation and interest rates higher for longer, as well as for its active role in tokenization pilots that could reshape capital markets.
