The ETF is heavily exposed to Advanced Micro Devices and Nvidia, both of which remain central to the AI boom but are drawing mixed signals: AMD has been hit by multiple analyst downgrades and profit-taking after a historic rally, with concerns that AI infrastructure spending and its growth could slow beyond 2026, while Nvidia continues to win bullish calls as analysts highlight its dominant GPU position, expanding AI partnerships, and massive expected cash flows that could fund higher buybacks and dividends. ASML is also in focus after backing French startup Mistral AI in a deal with Singtel to build out Singapore’s AI cloud and a new Applied AI Center of Excellence, reinforcing ASML’s role at the heart of advanced chip ecosystems. Microsoft, another major holding, slipped after ending its exclusive revenue-sharing deal with OpenAI but still enjoys strong analyst support ahead of earnings, as the Street bets its AI and cloud bets will pay off; Palantir and ServiceNow round out GARY’s AI software tilt, with Palantir drawing optimism ahead of a high‑growth earnings report and ServiceNow supported by fresh Buy ratings and sizable upside targets from Wall Street.
