Analyst Sebastien Naji reiterated a Buy rating on AVGO on April 7, 2026, setting a price target of $314, implying modest downside from current levels. Naji highlights Broadcom’s new long-term agreement with Google to design next-generation TPUs through 2031 and supply networking and other components for Google’s AI racks.
Naji also points to an expanded partnership involving Anthropic, which will access about 3.5 GW of next-generation TPU capacity starting in 2027, roughly 0.5 GW above earlier expectations. This additional capacity could translate into around $12 billion in incremental revenue as Anthropic, now at a $30 billion run-rate, invests heavily in data centers.
Analyst James Schneider of Goldman Sachs, a higher-ranked voice on the Street, also reiterated a Buy on April 7, 2026, with a more optimistic $480 price target. He argues the Google and Anthropic deals prove Broadcom’s growing, diversified exposure to leading AI customers and reinforce its technology edge in custom silicon and AI networking.
Schneider notes the long-term Google TPU and supply assurance agreements should ease investor worries about competition and support upside to Broadcom’s earnings estimates. TipRanks data show Naji ranks 6137 out of 12068 analysts with a 37.5% success rate and 1.7% average return, while Schneider ranks 558 with a 58.43% success rate and a 21.1% average return, underscoring the strong Buy consensus on the stock.
