Among the key voices, Wamsi Mohan of BofA Securities reiterated a Buy rating on AAPL on March 23, 2026, setting a price target of $320.00, implying notable upside from current levels. His view positions Apple as a stock with multiple upcoming catalysts that could support further gains despite recent short-term volatility.

Mohan’s latest checks in Asia point to Apple launching its first foldable iPhone in 2026, with a book-style 7.7–7.8 inch inner screen and under 10mm thickness when folded. The first-generation foldable is expected to feature Touch ID, no Face ID, and no physical SIM, and early demand could reach 10–20 million units, far above rival foldables.

He argues that stronger demand is likely from China and from existing Pro and Pro Max users seeking larger screens, while Apple also benefits from AI at the edge and robust capital returns. At the same time, Apple is set to change its iPhone launch cadence, keeping Pro models in the usual September window but pushing base, Air, and “e” models into the first half of 2027.

This staggered rollout should ease pressure on the supply chain by smoothing production across the year, with each quarter estimated at 60–70 million units instead of one huge spike. Mohan has adjusted his estimates for unit timing and gross margins, trimming his price objective slightly to $320 based on 32x calendar 2027 EPS of $9.94, and his strong track record—ranked 67 of 12,068 with a 61.76% success rate and 29.40% average return per rating—adds weight to the bullish case.
