Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. (ADES) has released an update to notify the public and investors about an entry into a material definitive agreement.
Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. entered into a construction contract with The Wieland-Davco Corporation to build a granular activated carbon facility at their existing Louisiana manufacturing plant. The projected cost for construction and equipment is estimated between $45 to $50 million. Funding for this project will come from the company’s available capital, expected 2024 cash flow, and cost reductions elsewhere.
