Incannex Healthcare (IXHL) – Incannex Healthcare is an Australia-based, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing treatments for chronic conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea, rheumatoid arthritis, and generalized anxiety disorder. On July 30, IXHL had a Dollar Volume of $410.47 million, while its stock fell nearly 18%. At the time of writing, IXHL stock is down 33.5% in pre-market trading.
The stock touched a new 52-week high of $1.32 in early trading yesterday, before the steep decline. Incannex reported positive top-line results from its oral drug candidate for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), IHL-42X, in the Phase 2 clinical trial. The RePOSA trial demonstrated that the drug decreased the Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI), the main indicator of OSA severity, by as much as 83% from baseline in the high-dose group and by up to 79% in the low-dose group, compared to placebo.
XBP Europe Holdings (XBP) – XBP Europe Holdings is a fintech company focused on bills, payments, and related financial services and solutions. On Wednesday, XBP had a Dollar Volume of $258.81 million, while its stock price surged by 81%.
Yesterday, XBP completed the acquisition of Exela Technologies BPA (XELA), a provider of business process automation solutions. The combined entity will operate under the new name XBP Global Holdings, reflecting its expanded global footprint and capabilities. The acquisition is expected to boost XBP’s annual revenues to more than $900 million.
AEye Inc. (LIDR) – AEye develops advanced lidar (Light Detection and Ranging) systems for autonomous vehicles (AVs), advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), and robotic vision applications. Yesterday, LIDR had a Dollar Volume of $107.48 million, while its stock price rose by 3.2%.
AEye announced that it received formal written notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market confirming that the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement, as its shares remained above $1 for at least 10 consecutive business days prior to the September 8, 2025 deadline.
