We leveraged the tool to pick the top three penny stocks with the highest Dollar Volume as of the close on July 23, 2025. Simply put, Dollar Volume is the number of shares traded on a particular day multiplied by the day’s share price.

Dragonfly Energy Holdings (DFLI) – Dragonfly Energy Holdings is a lithium battery manufacturing company, specializing in cell manufacturing, battery pack assembly, and full system integration. On July 23, DFLI had a Dollar Volume of $360.28 million, accompanied by a stock price plunge of 21.8%.

Yesterday’s stock price decline appears to be a reversal of Tuesday’s rally, when DFLI stock surged over 95%. On July 22, DFLI announced a strategic move to eliminate all outstanding shares of its Series A Convertible Preferred Stock by issuing 2.1 million shares of common stock in exchange. The step was taken to enhance the company’s financial flexibility by eliminating common stock issuance and dividend obligations.

Replimune Group (REPL) – Replimune Group is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing novel treatments for cancer through a new class of oncolytic immunotherapies. Yesterday, REPL had a Dollar Volume of $243.99 million, while its stock price gained by nearly 19%.

The company’s stock experienced a sharp decline on July 22 after it announced the receipt of a Complete Response Letter (CRL) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The regulator rejected Replimune’s Biologics License Application (BLA) for its lead drug candidate, RP1, in combination with nivolumab as a treatment for advanced melanoma.

INVO Fertility (IVF) – INVO Fertility offers innovative fertility treatments and is known for its INVOcell device. On Wednesday, IVF had a Dollar Volume of $181.30 million, while its stock price plunged by nearly 25%.

INVO’ stock price decline seems to be a reversal of Tuesday’s rally, when its shares jumped more than 35%. Last week, the company announced a one-for-three reverse stock split of its common shares, effective July 21. The split was undertaken to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement of $1 per share.
