The company’s lead drug candidate is Berubicin. On May 4, CNSP shares ballooned by about 239% to $7.84 per share, returning a dollar trading volume of $654.99 million. This came after the company announced an oversubscribed $22.5 million private placement, with plans to use the funds to fuel its corporate strategy and capture opportunities in the biotech market.
- Elong Power Holding (ELPW): Elong Power is a Chinese lithium-ion battery manufacturer focused on developing products deployed in electric vehicles, construction machinery, and energy storage systems, among others. On May 4, ELPW shares skyrocketed by roughly 66% to $7.33 per share, generating a dollar trading volume of $275.37 million. This comes as the company is reportedly set to release 3.84 million Class A and over 361,000 Class B ordinary shares following their lock-up period.
- Skycorp Solar Group (PN): Skycorp is also a Chinese company, but it focuses on manufacturing solar-related products such as cables, connectors, energy storage systems, inverters, batteries, and AC modules. On May 4, PN hit a dollar volume of $271.98 million after its shares jumped by about 89%. Skycorp’s shares have been rallying after the company announced plans to acquire the remaining 56% stake in Nanjing Cesun Power in a $20.19 million deal, making it the sole owner of the photovoltaic cable manufacturer. The company also made a $3.0 million private placement share offering.
