On April 27, shares in High-Trend skyrocketed roughly 240%, fetching a dollar trading volume of $551.15 million. The move comes days after the company expanded into lithium resources transportation.
- Youxin Technology Limited (YAAS): Youxin is a Chinese software application company focused on providing a platform that connects enterprises across the supply chain, bringing together management teams, distributors, and salespersons, among others. On April 17, YAAS shares ballooned by about 150% to reach a market cap of $417.39 million. The rally was triggered by Youxin’s agreement to take an 18% stake (or $10.8 million in shares) in its TikTok marketing partner, YATOP Group Limited.
- Sagimet Biosciences (SGMT): Sagimet is a U.S.-based clinical-stage biopharma company that develops medicine to treat abnormal fat processing in the body. On April 27, SGMT hit a dollar volume of $187.62 million after its shares jumped by approximately 49%. The boost came after the company provided corporate development updates, including about its lead drug candidate, Denifanstat.
