We leveraged the tool to pick the top three penny stocks with the highest Dollar Volume as of the close on February 14, 2025 (U.S. Markets were closed on February 17 for President’s Day). Simply put, Dollar Volume is the number of shares traded on a particular day multiplied by the day’s share price.

MGO Global announced that its shareholders approved the business combination with Heidmar, Inc. at a Special Meeting of Shareholders. Heidmar engages in the pool management business, serving the dry bulk, crude oil, and refined petroleum tanker markets through an asset-light model. The company will trade with a new ticker symbol, “HMR,” on the Nasdaq Capital Market exchange.

This will allow Moleculin to reduce the size of its Phase 3 pivotal trial protocol evaluating Annamycin in combination with Cytarabine for the treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) patients “who are refractory to or relapsed after induction therapy.” In the past two trading sessions, MBRX stock has exploded over 419%.
