Battalion Oil ended its gas treating deal with Wink Amine Treater due to the latter’s offline acid gas facility. Additionally, BATL shifted to a large-cap midstream provider’s expanded facility, capable of handling all of its gas volumes from its Monument Draw Field. This deal has allowed the company to increase average oil production to approximately 1,200 net barrels of oil per day in January when compared to December.

Check-Cap Ltd. (MBAI) – Israel-based Check-Cap is a clinical-stage medical diagnostics company, focused in developing capsule-based screening technology products. Yesterday, MBAI had a Dollar Volume of $451.08 million, accompanied by a stock price surge of 112%.

Check-Cap shares jumped on news of ai-merger">regaining compliance for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, eliminating a major listing risk and keeping its shareholder-approved merger with MBody on track. This merger, which garnered about 98% shareholder approval in November 2025, will now proceed to final steps, transforming Check-Cap into a Nasdaq-listed, embodied AI platform targeting the rapidly expanding robotics and AI markets.

Namib Minerals (NAMM) – Zimbabwe-based Namib Minerals engages in the exploration and production of gold and critical green metals. On Monday, NAMM had a Dollar Volume of $271.93 million, while its stock price surged more than 31%.

There was no specific news about Namib Minerals that clearly explained its stock price jump. However, the recent surge in gold prices amid ongoing geopolitical tensions may have supported NAMM’s stock.
