VICI Properties (VICI) – This is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns premier casino, hospitality, and entertainment properties. Interestingly, 12 out of the 13 Wall Street analysts covering VICI stock have rated it a Buy, with their 12-month consensus price target indicating an upside of about 13.85%. VICI stock is up 21.18% over the past year.
