The upbeat performance was fueled by robust revenue growth, driven by rising demand for its AI-focused products. ALAB stock has climbed nearly 30% over the past six months.

Astera Labs Delivers Record Q2 Revenue

In the second quarter, Astera Labs achieved a record revenue of $191.9 million, up 150% year-over-year and 20% from the prior quarter. Meanwhile, non-GAAP earnings came in at $0.44 per share, beating analyst expectations of $0.32 and soaring 238% from a year ago.

The company’s CEO, Jitendra Mohan, said the strong results were driven by the successful launch and large-scale production of its PCIe 6 products, which are used in advanced AI systems. He also pointed to new customer wins for their Scorpio Fabric Switches and strong demand for their signal conditioning products.

Looking ahead, Astera Labs anticipates revenue for the third quarter to fall between $203 million and $210 million, with GAAP diluted earnings per share (EPS) projected in the range of $0.23 to $0.24.

Astera’s Partnership with Nvidia

During the quarter, Astera Labs expanded its partnership with Nvidia (NVDA) to support the growth of the NVLink Fusion ecosystem. This collaboration aims to give hyperscale data centers more options for building high-performance, scalable networks using Nvidia’s NVLink technology.

The company’s collaboration with industry giants such as Nvidia further strengthens its position in the high-performance computing and AI infrastructure space.

Is Astera Labs a Good Stock Buy?

According to TipRanks, Wall Street has a Strong Buy consensus rating on ALAB stock, based on 12 Buys and two Holds assigned in the last three months. The average Astera Labs stock price target of $116.6 implies a downside risk of 14%.
