Affirm Holdings shares have climbed 16.08% over the past week, as investors warmed to the buy now, pay later provider on the back of strong financial momentum and supportive analyst coverage. The stock has been trading near its 52‑week high, helped by a consensus “Strong Buy” stance on Wall Street and a series of reiterated Buy ratings from major firms including Wells Fargo, Evercore ISI, Truist and Bank of America. Average analyst price targets around the mid‑$90s suggest meaningful upside from recent levels, even as a minority of firms like BTIG remain cautious with Hold ratings.

Underlying the optimism is a sharp turnaround in Affirm Holdings’ fundamentals. In its latest quarter, the company reported revenue of $933.34 million, up from $698.48 million a year earlier, and swung from a GAAP net loss of $100.22 million to a net profit of $80.69 million. This shift to profitability, combined with continued high growth and expanding merchant partnerships in point‑of‑sale financing, has reinforced the view that Affirm can scale its business while improving margins, a key factor driving the stock’s latest move.

Governance developments and market signals have also helped sentiment. At its recent annual meeting, more than 93% of voting power was represented, and shareholders backed the company’s board slate, auditor and executive compensation, signaling confidence in its strategic direction. Technical indicators currently flash a Buy signal and options activity has turned directionally bullish, though some analysts still flag valuation risk and lingering uncertainty around data quality in loan‑origination metrics. For now, however, the market appears focused on Affirm Holdings’ robust growth, newly demonstrated profitability and a solid base of institutional support, helping fuel the 16.08% weekly gain.
