RBC Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Ziff Davis (ZD) to $80 from $95 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company reported mixed Q4 results as revenue and EBITDA came in below consensus while EPS was ahead of consensus, and while 2025 guidance was below consensus on all fronts, the setup for the year is positive with an improving backdrop, the analyst tells investors in a research note. With an improving M&A environment, risk/reward on the stock is attractive, RBC adds.
